Red Bean Mochi - Korean Sticky Rice Cake Recipe

I would like to introduce you to a recipe for making Korean sweet sticky rice cake. This sticky rice cake, also known as mochi, is very tasty and good for dessert.

The amount of glutinous rice powder and water is important. You need a little more water than glutinous rice flour.

And I recommend you to make this rice cake with your bare hands not wearing kitchen gloves because the dough can be too sticky on the gloves.

You can also use this method to make fruit mochi.
