- 150 gr. Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
- 100 Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
- 60 gr. Cherry Jam (any fruit jam of your choice)
French Macarons
Ingredients:
- 100 gr. Almond Flour
- 100 gr. Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
- 4 gr. Corn Flour / Corn Starch
- 60 gr. Fresh Egg Whites
- 60 gr. Fine Sugar.
- Food Colouring
Around 42 half shells Macaron

Raspberry Curd For Macarons and cakes
Ingredients:
- 100 gr. Eggs (approximate 2 eggs that weigh 58-60 gr. with shell)
- 100 sugar
- 80 gr. Raspberry puree
- 4 gr. gelatine Sheets
- 150 gr. Cold Butter (unsalted)
