  • 60 gr. Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
  • 60 gr. Egg Whites
  • 60 gr. Fine Sugar

Butter Cream Filling

  • 150 gr. Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 100 Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
  • 60 gr. Cherry Jam (any fruit jam of your choice)

French Macarons

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. Almond Flour
  • 100 gr. Icing Sugar / Powdered Sugar
  • 4 gr. Corn Flour / Corn Starch
  • 60 gr. Fresh Egg Whites
  • 60 gr. Fine Sugar.
  • Food Colouring

Around 42 half shells Macaron

Raspberry Curd For Macarons and cakes

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr. Eggs (approximate 2 eggs that weigh 58-60 gr. with shell)
  • 100 sugar
  • 80 gr. Raspberry puree
  • 4 gr. gelatine Sheets
  • 150 gr. Cold Butter (unsalted)
