Ingredients

Tart 21 cm

  • All-purpose flour - 150 g
  • Butter (cold) - 120 g
  • Powdered sugar - 20 g
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Water (cold) - 30 g

Oven - 200 C / 390 F
Time - 15 minutes + 5 minutes

Lemon curd:

  • 180 g Lemon juice
  • 230 g Water
  • 150 g Sugar -
  • 60 g Corn starch
  • Zest - ½ lemon
  • Yolk - 3 PCs
  • 50 g Butter

Meringue:

  • Egg white - 2 PCs
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Powdered sugar - 70 g
  • Corn starch - 1 tsp

Oven - 200 C / 390 F
Time - 5 minutes (until it will turn brown)
