Chocolate Ganache:

  • 360g semi-sweet chocolate
  • 360ml heavy cream

Jelly:

  • 125g powdered gelatine
  • 350ml water for blooming gelatine
  • 600ml of water
  • 150g of sugar
  • 1 drop of blue gel food coloring
  • optional clear jelly flavoring of choice

This week we are getting back into the cake trends of 2020, with the most recent craze being this island jelly cake! I was absolutely mesmerized by this cake, and I had to try it out!
