Ingredients

  • Pita bread
  • Shawrma kabab
  • Yogurt sauce
  • Cocktail sauce
  • salad

For swarma kabab:

  • Chicken - 300 g
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • ginger paste - 1 tblsp
  • garlic paste - 1/2 tblsp
  • chili powder - 1 tblsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 2tblsp

For Yogurt sauce :

  • Plain yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • minced garlic - 1 tsp
  • crushed pepper -1/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp, optional
  • mint/coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tblsp

For Cocktail sauce:

  • Mayoniese - 1/3 cup
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tblsp
  • Hot chilli sauce - 1 tblsp
