1 - Bacon EGG & cheese

Ingredient :

  • Bacon
  • Italian sausage
  • Frozen hash browns
  • Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freeze for up to one month
  • Wet paper towel

Microwave 3 minutes

2- Protein-packed roasted veggie salad

Ingredient :

  • 1/2 CUP Broccoli
  • 1/2 CUP chickpeas
  • 1/2 CUP brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 CUP sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 CUP Tofu
  • 1/2 CUP olive oil
  • 1/2 TSP salt and pepper
  • 1 TBSP chili powder

Bake 400° F (200 °C) 25 minutes

  • 2 TBSP Hummus
  • 1 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TSP thyme
  • 1/2 TSP salt and pepper
  • 1/2 TSP water

Bake 425°F (220°C) 15-20 MIN

  • 8 Eggs
  • 3 Slices, cooked bacon
  • Salt & pepper
  • Bake 425°F (220°C) 15 MIN

Freeze up to 1 month

5- PESTO QUINOA WITH WHITE BEANS

Ingredient :

  • 2 cups basil
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1 TBSP lemon 
  • 3/4 TSP salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 TSP pepper
  • 2 TBSP water
  • 1TBSP olive oil
  • 1 Zucchini
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 15-OZ CAN white beans
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 pine nuts
  • 3 1/2 cups quinoa

Refrigerate up to 5 days

Thaw & cook for an easy dinner

Ingredient :

  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 TBSP olive oil

  • 2 lbs chuck roast

Low 8 hours or high 4 hours
