Simple flavourful vegan Buddha bowl with 5 easy vegan recipes including a simple hummus recipe.
Soy-free recipes one of my favorite things about being vegan is feeding my body with whole foods and playing with buddha bowls is a fun way to make really cool meals! Hope you all enjoy the recipes
1-Sweet Potato:
- 1 sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp cayan pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
2-Tabbouleh:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 100g coriander
- 100g parsley
- 10g mint
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp quality olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
3-Hummus:
- 460g cooked chickpeas (2 cans)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini pasta
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika and fresh minced parsley for garnish optional
4-Tahini:
- 1/3 cup tahini 1/3 cup water.
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley optional
5-Lentils:
- 360g cooked lentils
- 1 carrot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- finely sliced onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- cumin
- handful parsley
- fresh lemon
