5 Easy vegan recipes - EPIC FLAVOURFUL BUDDHA BOWL

Simple flavourful vegan Buddha bowl with 5 easy vegan recipes including a simple hummus recipe.

Soy-free recipes one of my favorite things about being vegan is feeding my body with whole foods and playing with buddha bowls is a fun way to make really cool meals! Hope you all enjoy the recipes

1-Sweet Potato:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp cayan pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

2-Tabbouleh:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 100g coriander
  • 100g parsley
  • 10g mint
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp quality olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

3-Hummus:

  • 460g cooked chickpeas (2 cans)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 cup tahini pasta
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika and fresh minced parsley for garnish optional

4-Tahini:

  • 1/3 cup tahini 1/3 cup water.
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley optional

5-Lentils:

  • 360g cooked lentils
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • finely sliced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • cumin
  • handful parsley
  • fresh lemon
