Peach Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1.5 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 passionfruit
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
- Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or Ziploc bag.
- The next day, chop the frozen bananas. Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl(s) and add toppings of choice.
Sweet Green Smoothie
Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup frozen pineapple
- 2-3 cups spinach
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1-2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp greens powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions:
