Ingredients

Pink Berry Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice (less if desired)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel ripe bananas (should be yellow with some small brown specks) and store in the freezer within an airtight container or ziplock bag.
  2. The next day, chop the frozen bananas. Combine frozen bananas + all other ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend/pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a bowl(s) and add toppings of choice.
