Royal icing consistencies are on the menu in Book recipe, and we are going to teach you how to make this delicious recipe from scratch!

PIPING:

  1. Stiff peak piping (flowers)
  2. Medium peak piping (outline, detail piping that needs to maintain texture)
  3. Soft peak piping (outline, lettering, detail, line work)

FLOOD:

  1. Thick flood (one consistency outline/flood)
    —> plus: extra thick flood (minis)
  2. Thin flood (two consistency outline/flood)
    —> plus: extra thin flood (for lots of wet on wet technique)
