This is a recipe for a perfect lemonade, it’s so tasty and refreshing, just try it once and you would never regret it.

Ingredients

To make 2 litres you’ll need:
Lemons – 2 pounds / 1 kg
Sugar – 7 oz / 200 g
Water – 6 cups

Instructions

Zest the lemons on a fine grater.
Bring water to a boil, add zest & sugar. Simmer 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
Juice the lemons.
Sieve the lemon juice & syrup.
