Ingredients

TO BOIL CHICKEN:

  • Chicken breast - 2 medium
  • 1 cube Bullion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 CUP Water

TO MAKE THE FILLING:

  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil or oil of choice
  • 1/2 medium white or red onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic & ginger paste
  • cooked chicken breast(diced or grated)

  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 large russet potato (Irish potato

1/2 teaspoon each of:

  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • thyme
  • curry
  • garlic powder.
  • ( add or omit ingredients according to preference)

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock/water(approx)

DOUGH:

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (360g)
  • 1and 1/2 sticks butter(unsalted) or Margarine (170g)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water (plus 1 tbs approx)
