  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

3-PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES (Servings: 4)

PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

4-RAISINS PANCAKES (Servings: 4)

RASINS PANCAKES

  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ cup oats 45g
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup fresh raisins

Instructions

1-Avocado PANCAKES

  1. In a blender, blend everything
  2. Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
  3. Serve with a drizzle of honey

2-BANANA PANCAKES

  1. In a bowl, mash the bananas, and Mix in the egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Pour pancake batter on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of honey

3-PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside.
  2. combine flour, salt, and baking powder In a separate bowl. Pour wet mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat.

4-RAISINS PANCAKES

  2. Pour pancake batter on a skillet over medium-high heat, and place raisins on the pancake.
  3. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Serve with a drizzle of honey
